This provocatively beautiful painting was initially the idea to portray an African Military Dictator with the full impact of his militarized sexual power and appeal. It is a demonized and equally sexualized image of a military strongman. Nobody can counter the sexual strength of military commanders. Life is a competition and the strongest are forever winners. In Nicholaas Chiao's standpoint, some people tend to demonize the powers that they are unable to conquer. This portrait is an ultimate display of the strength of a black man, a God in his Universe, unchallenged by anyone. Some cruelty of life would be the fate of people opposing any dictatorship, stronger dictators simply isolate opposition, and weaker sometimes openly and brutally oppress competitors. The artist does not doubt that power and force are universal for any place in the world, and all countries are regulated by supreme and sometimes oppressive powers, not the weaknesses.
